Nadara feels privileged to partner with you. As a guide on your healing path, she’ll bring both her care, along with helpful resources and tools that will empower you to make positive changes. Utilizing an integrative approach, Nadara will collaborate with you in understanding your personal strengths and goals, as well as identifying and removing barriers along the way. Whether you struggle with chronic mental illness, or just haven’t been feeling like yourself lately, Nadara can help you reclaim mental wellness. Nadara graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and later her Master’s degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. She has experience working with preteens, teens, and adults with a variety of mental health struggles, and has received training in working with victims of domestic violence and sexual assault. Prior to her work in counseling, she was a law enforcement communications officer where she received education and training working in crisis situations under diverse circumstances. Through these experiences, Nadara gained extensive insight regarding the negative impacts of trauma, and a valuable understanding of human behavior.
