Narcie works with individuals challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, addiction, and other life changing situations. Narcie’s approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths-based with a trauma-informed approach. She uses techniques like reflective listening and psychoeducation, and modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and play therapy.
With a Master’s degree in Social work, Narcie has more than 20 years of experience serving the mental health needs of children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings.
