Olivia utilizes many different skills in her therapy work, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness work. Through your work together, you can learn to discover, nurture, and grow healthy patterns and a healthy life.
Olivia’s experience with case management and crisis stabilization, intensive in-home therapy, individual and group therapy for mental health and substance abuse, as well as mobile crisis response and clinical case coordination for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities has helped her develop valuable skill sets and insight that benefit her therapeutic work. She is also a mom who enjoys spending time outdoors and believes in utilizing nature as a therapeutic outlet. She has lived and worked internationally and has a background in international studies and language. She is a strong ally for the LGBTQ community."
