When you enter Randall’s office or virtual space, you’ll hear that you’re not irreparably damaged or broken, and that you have the ability to grow and work through any issue you have. Your therapeutic goals will guide your work together with Randall. You’ll experience a caring presence who understands you may feel nervous about seeing a therapist. You’ll be reassured, and gain support and sustainable tools that empower you to maintain positive change long after therapy is completed.
Randall’s clients can expect to overcome whatever challenges they bring into each session, like relational issues, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, PTSD/PTSS, and coping with persistent mental health disorders. He uses active listening, empowerment and psychoeducation to provide understanding of the root of the identified issue. He uses solution-focused, empowerment, CBT, DBT, Functional Family Therapy (FFT), EMDR and other modalities depending on the issue the client wishes to address.
Randall has a Master’s degree in Social Work and years of experience working with families and individuals in a variety of settings.
