You’ll be welcomed into a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment when you meet Reagan. You’ll feel heard and understood. Humor, used with care, will help you feel at ease and more relaxed. You’ll be offered a variety of ways to address your struggles and will get choose what feels best as you travel on your journey toward healing.
Some of the tools Reagan uses are active listening, role playing, and those clients already possess which will identified and strengthened. The most common modalities that Reagan tends to practice are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). When working with families, she’ll use Functional Family Therapy (FFT).
Reagan has a Master’s degree in counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in social work. She’s worked with teens both in the judicial system and in mental health, and with people from all walks of life in community mental health settings.
Reagan says that the best way to describe her is to use music. She believes music speaks to our mood and what’s happening in our lives, and she’s a mix of every genre.
