About Rebecca Frank, MSW, LCSW

Her lighthearted yet direct manner fosters a trusting dynamic where you are able and encouraged to be your authentic self. You’ll learn how to integrate mindfulness based practices into your daily life. You’ll have the opportunity to reconnect to your core sense of self through the process of setting boundaries, engaging in self care, and self compassion practices.

Rebecca works with a multicultural lens, provides trauma informed care, and operates with a feminist based perspective to establish safety and build rapport. She uses a variety of different modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, ACT, SFBT, and Psycho-education.

Rebecca Frank is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who has been practicing in the field of social work for 10 years. She graduated from Canisius College with a Bachelors in Psychology in 2013 and from the University of Denver with a Masters of Social Work in 2018. She received specialized education and training on the connection between mind, body, and spirit through the Health & Wellness graduate program concentration. After graduation, Rebecca trained as the Integrated Behavioral Health Provider Post Graduate Fellowship for a large Primary Care Residency at a Denver Hospital prior to starting her own private practice.

As a Queer identified therapist, she welcomes LGBTQ+ and ethically non-monogamous clients. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys baking, gardening, chasing her pups, and a good yoga class.
