About Sabrena Ness, MS, LPC

Sabrena believes that you don’t have to take on challenges alone yet understands that starting therapy may feel like a difficult and daunting process, so she offers you an inclusive, safe space where you can feel at ease. You’ll experience compassion and empathy, and receive Sabrena’s full attention. You’ll collaboratively work with her to identify steps you can take toward improving your life and she’ll support you on your journey.

Sabrena works with clients using a variety of evidence-based treatments modified for each client’s unique and individual needs, including Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Trauma-informed Care, and Solution Focused Therapy. She’s passionate about working with adolescents and emerging adults who are learning to find their way in the world, as well as with individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

With a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Wyoming, Sabrena has experience working in community mental health and university settings.
