When you meet with Samantha, you'll feel welcomed in a warm and judgment-free environment that's accepting of all individuals for who they are. When you leave a session with Samantha, you'll feel educated, acknowledged, and with an understanding of how to get back to feeling your best self.
Samantha's patients can expect help to overcome life struggles, like depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and other mental illnesses. She uses active listening to identify her patients' biggest areas of concern, and a variety of modalities, such as CBT, person-centered, and motivational interviewing. Through education she helps them to make an informed decision about their treatment and ensure they're comfortable with their individualized plan of care.
Samantha's graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a MSN Family Nurse Practitioner and from Western Kentucky University with a post Master's certificate in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has experience working with people of all ages and is LGBTQ+ friendly.
