About Sarah Booth, LPC

Sarah Booth is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addictions Counselor with three years experience working with individuals with trauma histories, domestic violence, addictions, and mental health concerns. Sarah understands that attending therapy is a vulnerable position to be in. Each individuals therapeutic journey is unique as the individual who is on the journey. She is passionate about providing a safe space for clients to unpack their "baggage" and evaluate their concerns. Sarah approaches the therapeutic process from a place of non-judgment. She knows we receive enough judgement from the outside world, we DEFINITELY do not need it from our therapist. Sarah believes the effectiveness of therapy is based on the therapeutic rapport between the client and the therapist. She considers it an honor to work with her clients on their journey.Sarah's approach to therapy is from the viewpoint of Attachment Theory. This theory is based on how we attach to our early caregivers and how that relationship impacts all our future relationships. Our journey's are all unique. Sarah wants to support you on your therapeutic journey in a safe space of non-judgement.
