Shaunna partners with her clients to set goals, and work through and process issues such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief and loss. She utilizes active listening, self regulation, mindfulness, and other stress and anxiety reduction techniques, along with a combination of CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, person-centered and strengths-based therapy.
With a Master's degree in Social Work, Shaunna has experience working in skilled nursing, hospice and clinical family medicine settings. She has a broad range and understanding of how important emotional health is to people across their lifespan and in all stages.
