Sue believes life can be a wonderful journey. But, she understands how, sometimes, along the way, you might experience both minor and major turbulence. This might include a life transition such as divorce, loss of a loved one, changes at work, trauma, or a different unexpected event. Sue understands you want to live fully, with a sense of meaning and purpose. She can guide you on this unique journey. While the work may be challenging at times, Sue believes this is also some of life’s most important work. After all, it shapes so much of your experience. Sue will help you relate deeply to yourself and those around you, learning to develop a rich emotional life. She’ll help you bring peace and give energy to what is meaningful to you. Specifically, Sue will work with you to build emotional strength, self awareness, skills for intentional living, and tools for connection to self and others. Sue can work with you in a process that is deeply transformational using CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other healing modalities. You’ll learn to connect with yourself, learning emotional and relational skills, and give a voice to those experiences in life that continue to cause you pain and fear. As this happens, you’ll begin to experience emotional peace and strength. I look forward to meeting and working with you on your life’s journey.
