When you meet Susan, you’ll feel respected for successfully taking the first steps in the therapeutic process: making the call, setting an appointment, and showing up for your first therapy session. She’ll partner with you to establish goals and approaches that best fit your unique needs. Susan’s uses a variety of therapeutic treatments in her practice, including cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, family systems, relational psychodynamic, and existential therapies. She’s also well versed in theoretical models of attachment, trauma, and grief and loss, and has used her knowledge for more than 26 years to help a wide range of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. She believes life is a journey and considers it an honor to help you navigate your way.
