Adults, couples, families, and teens can overcome many emotional or relational issues which are negatively impacting their lives when they work with Traci. They can learn to set appropriate boundaries, allowing them to have a greater sense of control over their lives.

Traci utilizes active listening and validation of feelings to assist clients in telling their story to determine what assistance is needed. She welcomes collaboration and encourages clients to give her feedback about what is helpful to them to optimize the therapy process and promote empowerment. She also utilizes cognitive techniques (CBT), such as reframing, to help clients think more positively about their life, as well as a person-centered approach, which allows clients to be the guide for their treatment.

As a licensed psychologist, Traci has experience working in a variety of settings, including
nursing homes with the geriatric population and skilled rehabilitation.
