Whitney also deeply believes in the value of being visible and present. It is her job to create a safe space where clients can explore their own beliefs and perspectives. Mental health is not a linear process but is rather a sea of unique waves that create an ebb and flow. In her free time, Whitney enjoys reading and working out. She loves being able to move energy and rejuvenate the mind. Along with this, Whitney also loves to travel and see all of the gorgeous sites of the world. Traveling brings her an immense amount of happiness and contentment. She cherishes spending quality time with family and friends, as well as her fur babies who always fill her cup and push her to be her best.
