Wojtek’s clients can address a plethora of distresses, such as depression, anxiety, and phobias. Tools he often uses in therapy include active listening, client-centered interactions, brief interventions, problem solving, meaning making, behavior augmentation, grief and loss processing, interpersonal skills building, stress management, relaxation, and more. Modalities he draws from most are motivational interviewing, anxiety assessment, depression screening, suicidality assessment, trauma-informed care, patient-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and family structures.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri–St. Louis and a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, Wojtek has provided care to adults through community mental health settings, hospital case management, and end of life support.
