Stacy enjoys working with adolescents, adults and elderly. Stacy’s area of interest and specialty include working with trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, career and life purpose discovery, emotional eating and weight loss, relationship conflicts, and self-esteem/self love, and overall balance in one’s life.

Stacy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She received her MSW at Colorado State University and obtained licensure through the State of Colorado. Stacy uses an eclectic approach to therapy as she believes not one approach fits all. In her practice, she has been trained in and uses eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness based therapies, Emotional Freedom Technique, visualization and guided imagery, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Integrative Nutrition.
