Working with Sue, you will partner with a compassionate guide who wants the best for you. She has a passion for journeying with you to achieve a more rewarding, fulfilling life. You’ll find that she’s patient and understanding, and will listen without judgement, meeting you where you are. She is direct and will laugh with you to see the humanity in every situation.

She has experience with couples, individuals and adolescents on a wide variety of issues, such as depression and anxiety. Sue and her husband adopted a child at birth, so she has a deep understanding of infertility and adoption. In 2006, her husband suffered a traumatic brain injury, again giving her a unique perspective of the dynamics of brain injury. She also works with trauma survivors using Brainspotting and Memory Re-consolidation.
For Sue, becoming a counselor was a mid-life career change. She found that people instinctively trusted her and felt comfortable with her, so she earned a Master’s degree in Social Work and has worked as a therapist ever since.
Sue is guided by her spirituality, and takes her love of singing and nature with her always.
